Alumni Association Scholarship

Founded in 1981, the Des Moines Area Community College Alumni Association represents and serves nearly 60,000 alumni and friends from all six DMACC campuses and six centers.

The DMACC Alumni Association is an integral part of the DMACC Foundation and is a valuable tool in connecting alumni, students, and friends to DMACC for the purpose of increasing the Foundation’s overall advancement efforts and supporting DMACC students with financial support through the form of scholarships.

Among other fundraising initiatives, the DMACC Alumni Association hosts an annual 5K Walk/Run event where the proceeds go to support student scholarships.
