Bill E. Shimer Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Bill E. Shimer, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 43 on January 9, 2016. Bill was a plumber and ran his own business. Bill enjoyed darts, camping, hunting, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and beer.
