Hector Boiardi Endowment

The family of the late Hector Boiardi established a trust fund to provide scholarships for qualified and needy students in the culinary field. Mr. Boiardi was known internationally as a chef and the developer of food products which for many years have been marketed under the trade name Boy-Ar-Dee. He always maintained a sincere interest in encouraging young persons to enter the area of food preparation as he himself had done as a young man. It was natural for his family to perpetuate his desire by establishing a source of financial aid for students in need of help to begin or continue their studies.
