Jane Knepper Memorial Scholarship

The Jane Knepper Memorial Scholarship was created by family and friends to honor the memory of Jane Knepper.

Jane achieved numerous academic milestones, including an Associate Degree in Photography from Hawkeye Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Iowa State University, and an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from DMACC. An accomplished artist, Jane had a unique ability to find beauty in life’s simplest moments. She was a devoted animal lover, an advocate for environmental care, and a supporter of helping others.

Despite facing many hardships, Jane’s decision to return to school as a non-traditional female student in Civil Engineering transformed her life. This scholarship reflects her desire to pass on that life-changing opportunity to others.
