Jaye McKinnon Memorial Scholarship

Jaye McKinnon, born Donna R. McKinnon on Aug 30, 1957 in St Louis Missouri, passed away June 23, 2018 at Methodist Medical Center Hospital. Jaye, a resident of Des Moines, IA, graduated from Riverview Gardens Senior High School. She was an Air Force Military Police Veteran. She studied Mental Health at San Antonio College receiving honors. Jaye had a wonderful smile that could light up a room. She spent many hours helping the homeless and needy. Jaye was an avid writer, her writings have been used to help veterans with PTSD.
