Lawrence Rissman Memorial Scholarship

Larry Rissman started CL Carroll Co in 1958. Larry has since passed away but his son, Jon Rissman, is now running the company. CL Carroll is a small, Des Moines based construction company that focuses on water purification. The company specializes in the technical/mechanical portions of water and wastewater treatment plants. The challenging, demanding, and profitable work is becoming more and more abundant as people start to be more aware of their environmental footprint.
