Parks Area Foundation Scholarship

This scholarship was first established in 2008 by the Oak Park Neighborhood Association and was then adopted by the Parks Area Foundation in 2009. Since 1998, the Parks Area Foundation (PAF) has focused on continued revitalization and educating our residents and other citizens of Des Moines on the history of our neighborhoods and ongoing benefits of living and working the Parks Area. This particular scholarship aims to assist a student who currently lives in the Oak Park, Highland Park, or Union Park neighborhoods in Des Moines.
