Troy Feldpouch Memorial Scholarship
Troy Feldpouch, 28, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 16, 2018. Troy was born in Waterloo, IA on March 2, 1990. As a child, his family moved to Colorado where he graduated from Chaparral High School in Parker, CO. After returning to Iowa, Troy worked as a machinist for Advance Machine Technologies in Johnston, and graduated from DMACC in July 2018 with a degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technologies. On September 20, 2014, Troy married the love of his life, Chelsea Lauterbach Feldpouch, and together with their dog Chloe, built their life around faith, family, and football. As a member of Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines, Troy loved Jesus and was a volunteer in the One Body special needs ministry. He is remembered as a man who loved his wife, siblings, extended family, and his friends. He was a laid back guy who loved spending time reading, playing a game of catch, or going for walks with his wife and dog. An avid Broncos fan, Troy rarely missed a game and loved cheering for his team every fall.
