Farr-Herselius Scholarship

The Farr-Herselius Scholarship provides scholarships to students at the Ankeny or Urban Campus who are enrolled in technical, building trades, mechanical, culinary, or any medical related programs leading to an Associates Degree or Certificate. To be eligible the student at the time of their high school graduation lives in the area bounded by North Des Moines city limits, East 14th Street, Center Street, and West 30th Street. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours for the fall or spring terms or 4 credit hours for the summer term. The scholarship is renewable until the student earns their Certificate or Associates Degree. The scholarship pays for tuition, fees, books, or tools up to $3,000 for two years for a total award of $6,000.
