DMACC Future of Agriculture Endowment

The DMACC Future of Agriculture Endowment is a scholarship of $1,500 per semester and will be given a maximum of five semesters per student to be used for tuition, books, supplies and/or fees. The scholarship will be given to seven freshman students who have been in an Iowa FFA Officer position during their Iowa high school career. Those positions include: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Sentinel and/or Reporter. One student from each of Iowa’s six FFA districts and one student at-large from any Iowa FFA district will be chosen. The student will need to submit their FFA Advisor contact information to request a letter of recommendation. The applicants will be requested to participate in activities that include, but are not limited to: Community Service, Guest Speakers, Fundraising, and Lunch and Learn Events by Des Moines Area Community College.
